Complete Brand Identity
Description: Crafting a brand identity is all about sending the right messages to your audience. With a good brand, people are more likley engage with your enterprise in a positive way.
How it works: We would need to get a deep understanding of what your enterprise is now, and where it wants to be. This service starts with a reasearch phase where we establish your current position and look at your competition to see where you want to be. We then use that information to guide us in redesigning every visible part of your enterprise. We then design all of the elements of your enterprise to fit with your new brand. Normally we would stick by you so we can regularly review your brand and make sure we are getting the desired results.
Deliverables: You can expect a complete facelift with this service. We would start by producing a logo, then creating complete brand guidelines. These guidelines would include your new colour scheme, font usage and much more. After this we would then look at any material you have that engages with the public, including any websites, printed media and social media.
Scope: This is not usually a quick project. Depending on the scale of your enterprise it could take anything from 2 to 20 weeks. Once complete, we normally stay close by to monitor the brand and make changes as required.
Pricing: This can vary wildly and is priced according to the scale of your enterprise. With that in mind the range here is anything from £1000 to £6000.
Logo Design
Description: Logo design is about creating a single visual symbol that will represent your enterprise. As such it deserves time to get it right.
How it works: We would need some information about your business and maybe some examples of logos that you have seen that you like. I would use this information to make one or two drafts. We would have a couple of rounds of refining before we get to "the one".
Deliverables: You can expect a logo, in whatever file formats you need.
Scope: Usually 1-4 weeks depending on your needs. It can be done faster but that will mean cutting corners.
Pricing: This can vary wildly and is priced according to the scale of your enterprise. With that in mind the range here is anything from £500 to £2000.
Web Design & Hosting
Description: We will get your enterprise online, looking good and attracting the right audience.
How it works: Like so many of our other services, we start with research. We look at the sites you like and what your competitors are doing. From there I will build a site that is consistent with your brand, that is designed to perform well on search engines. Once there we maintain the site, regulary performing updates and monitoring for technical issues. After a few months we will begin to make adjustments to optimise your site as live user data comes in.
Deliverables: A website that looks good on all devices and persuades visitors to do whaever it is you need them to do with your site.
Scope: A very basic site will take 1-2 weeks. More complicated sites will take more time.
Pricing: This will range according to what your website needs to do, from £500 to £5000.

Brand Design for Charity
Small charities often need design services, but it is usually out of reach either for financial reasons or because those running the charity are so pushed for time. We really want to help where we can, so it is with that in mind that for registered charities we offer the following package:
- Brand Identity including logos etc.
- Web design, hosting & ongoing maintenance*
- email address from the same domain as the site
- Support designs for social media (Profile pics and banners)
Price: £300 to get started
then £30 per calendar month.
*Ongoing maintenance - This is more than fixinghte site when it goes down. Allow us to explain what this service includes:
- Checking your site every week day for any updates and security or technical issues
- Making small changes to the site, like updating events for your charity, or making changes to text.
- Reviewing site performance over time and making adjustments accordingly.
Hosting & Monthly Contracts
We like to get our clients on a monthly contract, rather than sending an invoice for every little thing. Having a branding and graphic designer on a monthly contract helps your business look great, communicate clearly, and stand out in a competitive market, all while being cost-effective and adaptable to your needs. Having us on a monthly contract will have the following benefits:

Basic Hosting - We host your site on our server and any changes will be charged additionally.
Price £10 PCM
Standard Hosting - We host your site on our server and perform the following tasks:
- Scan your site every business day checking for any updates, technical issues or security issues.
- We handle most issues quickly and quietly, allowing you to focus on your business.
- We will also make minor changes when requested, such as amends to text or replacing images with more up to date images.
- Over the months as live user data comes in, we will interpret this data and make either small adjustments or recommendations based on our findings.
Price: £30 PCM
Design Plan - If we are hosting a site for you, then you will get all of the benefits of our standard hosting, but we will also include 2 hours a month of any kind of design service. This can mean anything from creating print material to editing photos. These hours can be rolled over for up to 12 months, so if you don't take advantage in one month, you can still use it later on. The amount of time, therefore the cost of the monthly contract will be agreed before we sign any paperwork.
Price: £90 PCM
What we won't do
It may seem strange to talk about what we are not willing to do on a site where we are looking to sell our services, but the fact is there are some things that only a specialist will do. We are capable of other services to an extent, but our specialism is in Graphic design and branding.
We are trying to make other businesses successful, which means we will focus on what we are best at.
Marketing
One of the key factors of marketing is simply showing up and letting your audience know you are there. This requires consistency, coupled with the ability to collect and interpret user data. Getting the best results really needs someone who is committed to marketing, and marketing alone.
App Development
Lots of designers offer this service. Then someone comes along and asks for an app then they panic because they don't do this very often. App development, like many other areas of software development is its own specialism. The best answer is to hire someone who does this kind of thing all the time.
Copywriting
We can all have a go at coywriting, but how many of us really know if what we have is really connecting with our audience the way we want it to? Bringing in someone with experience in this field can get good results across the board. I routinely hire a copywriter to oversee my work, because I know the value of this service.
